  Bad. Down and out. Treats people like cattle and criminals. Does not provide referrals. Run as a for-profit business, spends more on fundraising and overhead than on providing services. Absolute last resort in every way.

  A bit gross. The place just smells like dirty laundry. They do have some low prices on the products they're selling. However you better make sure to thoroughly wash any item you buy from them.
