  Jesuit Roman Catholic Church, attached to school and seminary.
  
  Mostly Victorian-era lathe and plaster and paint, this somewhat ostentatious old neighborhood church nonetheless features a beautiful wood altarpiece and rather nice stained glass windows.
  
  Tolls the Angelus from tuned bells in the tower at noon and six PM on weekdays, at odd times on weekends. Responsible for sometimes very colorful religious pageantry and processionals in the surrounding neighborhood, including at nearby Washington Park.

  Really beautiful old parish! Established in 1871 which is pretty cool!
